When you rent this Orlando Resort style property you have access to all areas, it is a full house rental and everything you need is included, also you have access to the clubhouse with lots of amenities. A resort style pool mini water park, cabanas, seating area with TV, gym and much more.
.If your vacation home has a private pool: The pool is cleaned once per week please allow about 4hrs before reentering the pool after cleaning. If you haven’t already requested SPA and pool heat, you may do so for an extra U$50.00 per day, 3 days minimum, request at least within 48 hours in advance. If your vacation home has a BBQ grill: Some homes offer a complimentary BBQ grill for your enjoyment. There is extra cleaner charge $30 to use the BBQ grill, the propane is NOT included (If the propane is over, the guest is responsible for the exchange). Please note all extras or additional fees need to be paid prior to your arrival.
